Awesome Car Rental Goa
These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Awesome Car Rental Goa. By booking or using our services, the customer agrees to comply with all the terms mentioned below.
The renter must be at least 21 years of age.
The renter must possess a valid driving license that is at least 1 year old.
A valid government-issued ID such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID must be provided at the time of booking or vehicle pickup.
Booking can be made through our website, phone, or authorized booking partners.
A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of vehicle pickup.
Security deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle type and is refundable after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
The rental period starts at the time the vehicle is delivered to the customer and ends when the vehicle is returned.
If the customer wishes to extend the rental period, they must inform us at least 4 hours before the scheduled return time and pay the additional rental charges.
Customers can cancel their booking by contacting our support team or through the website.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
Failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice may be treated as a no-show, and booking charges may be forfeited.
The rented vehicle must NOT be used for:
Racing, competitions, or illegal activities
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Carrying passengers or goods for commercial purposes without permission
Overloading beyond the permitted passenger capacity
Towing or pushing other vehicles
Off-road driving unless permitted
Violation of these rules may result in penalties or cancellation of the rental agreement.
The renter agrees to:
Drive the vehicle responsibly and follow all traffic laws.
Keep the vehicle in good condition during the rental period.
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as provided unless otherwise agreed.
The renter is responsible for any damage, accident, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
Repair costs or insurance excess charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform Awesome Car Rental Goa and local authorities.
A refundable security deposit must be paid before vehicle handover.
The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected for damages, traffic violations, or unpaid charges.
Vehicles are usually provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
If the fuel level is lower at return, refueling charges plus service fees may apply.
Any traffic fines, challans, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
If the vehicle is returned late without prior approval, additional rental charges may be applied.
Awesome Car Rental Goa reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if:
The vehicle is used in violation of the agreement.
False information is provided during booking.
The vehicle is misused or damaged intentionally.
Awesome Car Rental Goa shall not be responsible for:
Personal belongings left in the vehicle
Loss or delay due to mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances
Awesome Car Rental Goa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website.
