At Awesome Car Rental Goa, we aim to provide reliable and efficient vehicle rental services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been made, the amount is non-refundable.
Customers are requested to carefully review their booking details before completing the payment.
Awesome Car Rental Goa follows a strict no-refund policy after booking confirmation.
In certain cases, customers may request a change in booking date or vehicle type, subject to availability.
Modification requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Awesome Car Rental Goa reserves the right to approve or deny modification requests.
If the customer fails to collect the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time and does not inform us in advance, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
If the rented vehicle is returned before the end of the booked rental period:
No refund will be provided for unused rental time.
Charges will be calculated according to the original booking duration.
The security deposit collected at the time of vehicle pickup is refundable after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
The deposit may be partially or fully deducted if there are:
Vehicle damages
Traffic fines or challans
Fuel shortage
Late return charges
The remaining deposit amount will usually be refunded within 3–7 business days.
In rare situations where Awesome Car Rental Goa is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to technical or operational issues, we may:
Provide an alternative vehicle, or
Reschedule the booking based on availability.
